Narrative: We have come far very quickly. Armies from Erathia and AvLee have arrived to 'Restore Order.' This jeopardizes our quest for independence, and such hostile elements could ignite a larger war. It is our duty to establish Welnin as the Capitol of the Contested Lands and drive the rule of Erathia and AvLee from this territory. If we do not, we will lose all we have fought for and two great nations may once again re-enact the carnage of the Timber Wars. Today we declare our independence from the nations of Erathia and AvLee.

Scenario Description: To win, you must build a captiol in the town of Welnin. Only then will the Contested Lands be free.

Suggested Solution:

A. Starting bonus - 12 Wood

B. Approach - build only the required structures for a Capitol

C. Strategy - the trick is to not build any creature dwellings at all. Use the ones provided to you outside of town, instead. Another thing to keep in mind is that the Wood supply is detracted from as time progresses. In other words, build the structures that use Wood first. Here is a suggested build order: Marketplace, Blacksmith, Mage Guild, Citadel, Castle, Town Hall, City Hall, Capitol. Take the Gold from the Treasure Chests to ensure proper cash flow. Defeat the creatures around to receive more resources or simply trade for them. If your army is too weak, hire some mercenaries and use their armies. This one will be a piece of cake, if you don't take too long. Eight days is the minimum time required to beat the level.
